Luyima Paul
President
Paul is a seasoned business development and project management expert with nearly 20 years of professional experience across banking and telecom sectors. He currently leads the Large & Multinational Enterprises Unit at MTN Uganda and has previously worked with institutions such as the Uganda Bankers’ Association, Royal Bank of Canada, Stanbic Bank, DFCU, and UBA
Paul holds a degree in Information Technology from Makerere University and is a graduate of the CEO Apprenticeship Program (Strathmore Business School). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Business Development Professional (BDP), Canadian Securities Course (CSC) holder, and Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA).
Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Paul Luyima is deeply committed to community transformation as a Rotarian, youth mentor through the Shoulder 2 Shoulder Foundation, and founding president of the Association of Business Development Professionals – Uganda Chapter. He is a member of PMI Uganda, LEAD, and the CEO Apprenticeship Program alumni network.

Vincent Kiyingi
Director, Finance
Vincent is a seasoned banker and investment professional with over 18 years of experience in financial services, credit, and private equity. He currently serves as Country Manager at Business Partners International–Uganda, a reputable private equity firm headquartered in South Africa, where he leads strategic investments and SME financing across the country.
Mr. Kiyingi Vincent holds an MBA from the University of South Wales (UK), a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Stellenbosch Business School, and is both a credit-certified professional and a certified Business Development Professional (BDP). His expertise in financial markets, business growth strategy, and institutional leadership makes him a critical contributor to the Association’s mission of elevating business development practice and professional standards in Uganda.
Damalie Mukiibi
General Secretary
Damalie is a seasoned Business Development Professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector.
She has led and supported transformative game-changing, innovative initiatives across SMEs—particularly Women in Business—large corporates, and public sector institutions.
Her specialization in Business Development Support Services (BDS) has empowered organizations to unlock growth, access new markets, and strengthen their operational resilience. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and client ecosystems, she delivers tailored strategies that foster inclusive economic development.
Damalie is a seasoned Business Development Professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector.
She is known for her strategic foresight, client-centric approach, and ability to navigate complex business environments to deliver lasting impact.
Kwesiga Kenneth
Director, Innovations & Digital Transformation
With a distinguished career in management, strategic execution, and executive leadership, Kenneth has extensive experience across frontier, emerging, and developed markets. His previous roles include leading global teams in technology-driven projects across investment banking, insurance, microcredit, and fintech sectors.
Known for his strategic vision, professionalism, and drive, Mr. Kwesiga is committed to advancing ioTec Limited into one of Uganda’s leading financial technology companies.
He also serves on the board of the Financial Technology Service Providers Association, where he has been instrumental in shaping policies and fostering partnerships through active stakeholder engagement. His contributions have been pivotal in the development of the financial technology landscape in Uganda.
